KKNEKKI

Recognized as one of the best hair ties in the world, KKNEKKI is known for its durability, comfortable elasticity, gentleness to the hair, and beautiful finish. Each band is engineered to secure your style with a gentle, functional touch, keeping hair perfectly in place without pulling or damaging it.

KKNEKKI was originally founded in South Korea in 1987, where the unique weaving technique and high-quality craftsmanship first took shape. The brand quickly became known for its durable, gentle hair ties — created to be both functional and stylish.

Today, KKNEKKI is owned, designed, and operated by a Norwegian family company, bringing together the best of two worlds: the innovative spirit and beauty heritage of Korean haircare, combined with the clean lines and thoughtful approach of Scandinavian design.

Each KKNEKKI is made using a distinctive weaving method with more than 120 interwoven threads, creating exceptional softness while maintaining strength and elasticity for all hair types.

Production takes place on rare vintage knitting machines from the 1960s, originally used to produce durable upholstery bands. These machines are carefully maintained by expert hands, ensuring the same consistent quality decade after decade.

Every band is carefully crafted to keep its shape, resist fraying, and treat your hair with gentle care — no pulling, no breaking, and no creasing.
