Product Delivery
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, often on the same day.
If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time, or the product can be refunded if requested.
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address and selecting the correct delivery method. Orders are usually mailed on the next business day after the order is placed.
Product Price and Shipping Costs
Prices in the online store include 24% VAT.
Shipping costs are added during the payment process.
It is also possible to pick up products from us at Ármúla 44 during opening hours.
Prices are subject to image errors or typographical errors.
Payment of Orders and Security
You can pay for products in the online store in the following ways:
With payment cards via Borgun's secure payment page. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
Netgíró. Payment is made through Netgíró's secure payment page.
Bank transfer. When placing an order, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. The transfer must be received within 1 hour of the order.
Aur app. You can pay with the Aur app.
Exchanging and Returning Products
A 14-day right of return is granted upon purchase of a product, upon presentation of a sales receipt that adequately shows when the product was purchased. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. When returning a product, its original price is used as a basis, unless the product in question is on sale or a special offer at the time of return. In that case, the price of the product on the day it is returned is used. If the buyer does not wish to exchange the product for another product, they can receive a refund.
Defective Product
If a product is defective, customers are offered a new product in exchange.
Confidentiality
The seller pledges full confidentiality to the buyer regarding all information provided in connection with the transaction. Information will under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties.
Laws and Jurisdiction
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. Any dispute arising from it shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjavík.
Disclaimer
All provisions of the terms and conditions above shall be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law. Should a dispute arise between the parties, the matter shall be referred to the Consumer and Trade Complaints Committee. If this is not sufficient, such a dispute shall only be resolved before Icelandic courts. This shall be done under Icelandic jurisdiction and within the seller's jurisdiction.
